1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and c444 ("c444", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the c444 website located at c444.lat and any related mobile applications, software, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, participating in any game, or otherwise using any feature of c444, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. 5. c444 reserves the right to refuse registration or close accounts without obligation to provide a reason, subject to the return of any undisputed funds held at the time of closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

c444 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for supported local methods.

1. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and are subject to change.
2. All payment methods used for deposits must be in your own name. c444 does not accept third-party payments.

3. 6. Betting & Gaming Rules

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

1. c444 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
2. c444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if c444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. c444's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
4. c444 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from Force Majeure events, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or government actions.

10. Responsible Gaming
